How do I restore Premium on a new phone?
Open Pockabee → Premium → Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account you bought it with.
How do I cancel Premium?
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Your records stay yours either way.
How do I move my records to a new phone?
Turn on Cloud backup in Settings (iCloud or Google Drive), then choose “I have a backup” when you set up the new phone.
Why didn’t a reminder arrive?
Check that notifications are on for Pockabee in your phone’s settings, and that battery saver isn’t stopping them. Reminders never show names or amounts on the lock screen.
Does Pockabee see my bank account?
No. It never asks for a bank login. You enter what you spend, and it stays on your phone.
How do I export my data?
Settings → Export your data gives you spreadsheet (CSV) files of everything you recorded, free, any time.
